Sometimes a customer needs a person, and the assistant should step aside. With human take-over, your team can join any chat conversation directly from the KonversAI console and reply in place of the assistant.

While your team is handling the conversation, the assistant stays paused for that chat. When the conversation is resolved, one click returns it to the assistant.
