KonversAI is built on the experience from the strategic advisory environment at Mosaiq.ai. After many years of advising on strategy and technology, we saw that there was a need for a more practical and down-to-earth approach to AI in customer service.
The team behind KonversAI consists of senior professionals with an average of 15 years of experience from Scandinavian business. We have seen enough technology projects that promise more than they deliver, and our motivation is to deliver solutions that actually work in a busy everyday life. We are not just developers. We are people who understand operations, integrations and the importance of keeping things simple enough to be used.
Good AI starts with good data. That is why we don't just sit on the sidelines. We understand the technology behind it and that the AI assistant will never be smarter than the information it has access to. When we set up the solution, we actively work to identify and weed out contradictory information or unclear content in the sources.
