We've all waited in line and repeated the same question — to three different people, a chatbot that didn't understand, or a combination thereof. We've seen this from both sides: as leaders in companies with thousands of customers, and daily as customers who've hit a wall ourselves when we needed help.

Most chatbots guess their way through and create more frustration than they solve.

That's why we built KonversAI: AI when it's better, people when needed. Not only because we're passionate about AI itself, but because we want to stop what bad customer service costs — lost revenue, frustrated customers and employees, damaged trust.

Harald Wiborg Karlsen

Founding Partner

20+ years of experience across cloud, operations and enterprise software. Has built cloud companies from the ground up, and is driven by making generative AI practical and useful in everyday operations - not just a slide deck. Holds a Bachelor of Honours in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, with two semesters in Mannheim and one in Berlin.

Björn Alvarsson

Founding Partner

20 years of experience driving commercial growth and digital transformation internationally, with a background from Google and large-scale e-commerce. Turns complex goals into solutions that actually deliver. Holds an MA in Psychology and Statistics from the University of Glasgow, with an exchange year at UC San Diego.

Harald Kleppe

Founding Partner and CTO

15 years as a developer and technical leader with a strong delivery track record. Equally at home in the code as in the boardroom, always focused on solving business problems with just enough technology. Holds an MSc in System and Network Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from Oslo and Akershus University College.

Developer

Works across the stack on the conversation experience at KonversAI - from the chat widget and operator tools to the AI agent and integrations behind them. Holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Autonomous Systems from DTU, focused on robotics, machine learning and deep learning.

Developer

Developer and a key part of the team building and evolving the platform behind KonversAI. Holds an integrated Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with a minor in Computer Science and a specialization in AI.

Mathias

Sales

Works in sales, and is often the first human point of contact for new KonversAI customers. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

The team behind KonversAI consists of senior professionals with an average of 15 years of experience from Scandinavian business. We have seen enough technology projects that promise more than they deliver, and our motivation is to deliver solutions that actually work in a busy everyday life. We are not just developers. We are people who understand operations, integrations and the importance of keeping things simple enough to be used.

We help you get started

Good AI starts with good data. That is why we don't just sit on the sidelines. We understand the technology behind it and that the AI assistant will never be smarter than the information it has access to. When we set up the solution, we actively work to identify and weed out contradictory information or unclear content in the sources.
