Terms of Service

By using the KonversAI services delivered by Mosaiq AS ("we", "us") you accept these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@mosaiq.ai.

1Service description

KonversAI is an AI-powered communications platform delivered by Mosaiq AS (reg. no. 934 792 025). The service enables businesses to automate and improve customer communication through artificial intelligence.

We reserve the right to change, update or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

2Account and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • The account is personal and may not be transferred without our written consent.
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised use, notify us immediately at contact@mosaiq.ai.

3Payment and subscription

  • Prices are shown on the current pricing page and invoiced monthly or annually according to the selected plan.
  • Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payment will incur interest charges in accordance with applicable late payment legislation.
  • Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days written notice.
  • Refunds are not given for periods already invoiced, unless otherwise required by law.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Distribute illegal, misleading or harmful content.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Circumvent technical limitations or misuse the API.
  • Act in breach of applicable law, including marketing legislation and GDPR.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breaches.

5Intellectual property

  • The KonversAI platform, including software, design and content, is owned by Mosaiq AS.
  • You retain all rights to content you upload or generate through the service.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content in order to deliver the service.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer or distribute our software.

6Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and data processing agreement. These form an integral part of these terms.

We process data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable privacy legislation. Data is stored primarily in Norway/EEA and is not shared with third parties for marketing without your consent.

7Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided «as is». We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.
  • Mosaiq AS is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service over the past 12 months.
  • The limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

8Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to contact@mosaiq.ai.
  • We may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice, or immediately in cases of material breach.
  • Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request a data export before deletion.

9Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days written notice by email or through the service. Continued use after the notified effective date is deemed acceptance of the new terms.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If this fails, Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.
